How do I take part in this promotion?

To take part in this promotion, simply buy at least one qualifying product from a participating retailer during the period of 09 April 2025 to 03 June 2025. Prize draw is open to mainland UK residents only (exc. Northen Ireland).. Full T&Cs apply.

When am I able to submit my claim?

Wait for the claim period to open and then submit a valid entry online at https://springwin.hisensepromotions.co.uk/ between 09 May 2025 and 31 July 2025.

How many times can I claim?

You may submit up to five (5) entries, however each entry must relate to a different Qualifying Product. 

Is my product eligible for this promotion?

A full list of qualifying products can be viewed here. If your products aren’t listed here, your product is not eligible for this offer.

What can I use as my proof of purchase and what should it show?

This depends on where you made your purchase:

If you bought your products from a physical store, simply use the receipt you received with your purchase.
If you made your purchases online, use your invoice. Alternatively, you can send your order confirmation along with the delivery note.
When sending your proof of purchase, make sure the following information is clearly visible:

  • What you bought
  • Where you bought it
  • Date of purchase
  • Price you paid
How do I upload my proof of purchase?

If you made your purchases online, then it's likely your proof of purchase will have been sent to you by email. Simply screenshot your invoice or order confirmation email, making sure the following information is clearly visible:

  • What you bought
  • Where you bought it
  • Date of purchase
  • Price you paid

Alternatively, you can save the entire email as a PDF. You can usually do this by selecting Print then Save as PDF. You can then upload the PDF file to your claim.

Sometimes, invoices are attached to emails as PDF files; in this case, simply download the invoice and upload it to the form.

The picture of my proof of purchase is too large to upload. What should I do?

If you've had a notification saying your file is too large, you'll just need to resize it. You can do this in one of the following ways:

If you're using a Windows PC

  • Open the image in the Windows Photo app. This should happen automatically when you double click it.
  • Click the three dots at the top-right of the window.
  • Select Resize.
  • Select M Best for emails and messages.
  • Give the file a name you'll remember and click
  • Save.

You should now be able to upload the new file. If you're using a Mac You'll find all you need to know under Resize, rotate or flip an image in Preview on Mac. When you've completed the steps, try uploading again.

Where can I find my serial number?

You can usually find your serial number on a sticker on the back of your device.

I've just submitted a claim. What happens next?

We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received your claim.

Prizes

Winners will be selected and notified via email by 31.08.2025.

The Prize Draw will select a minimum of ten (10) winners. Each winner will receive the total cost of their product purchased included in their selected entry (limited to £2,500 per selected winner) as a cash prize. Total prize fund of  £25,000 is available.

Winner selection & prize delivery

Winners for the Prize Draw will be selected between 1 August 2025 and 31 August 2025 (inclusive) from all valid entries received by the end of 31 July 2025. Winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process. Winners will then be contacted using the email address and/ or telephone number provided with their entry. Winners must respond accepting the Prize and provide all information and details required by the Promoter within 14 days of the winner being contacted by the Promoter.

When will I get my cashback reward?

Cash Prizes will be paid by bank transfer to a bank account nominated by the relevant winner.

How do I find my Claim Reference?

Don't worry if you missed it. We also include your Claim Reference in any email updates we send you about your claim. If you're having trouble finding your emails, check your junk folder.
